Went to a vegetarian stall in the food court. I got super excited and couldn’t decide what to have for dinner, so I bought two dishes.
I go insane for curry, curry noodles being one particular fancy. This had vegetarian char sieu (bbq pork), fishcake, shredded fried tofu puffs, bean sprouts, eggplant and long green beans.
Vegetarian Bak Kut Teh. I was super excited for this one because you usually can’t get vego Bak Kut Teh.
This one came with vego mutton, meat balls, beancurd skin and shiitake mushrooms.
